Handball training

  1. There are some methods and different kinds of practise a handball training. I think that it´s a good video, it don´t explain nothing but you can see well the things that those boys do. Before you do this, you have to do a little warm up, if you don´t do it, you can make sprains or do damage. When a player practise help to the goalkeeper to practise too. The warm up is very simple, you have to strech our body parts, the arms, legs, ankles, knees... And you also have to run about 4 or 3 minutes and a half. In this video we can see that the boys that are shooting to the goal, they put his arms in a special position, and they jump with her legs flexed to impulse.
