The secret of success of any athlete is good training. Every competition and every trophy won implicits in endless work and daily effort. Football is no exception. Despite what many may think, the best players in the world do not reach as high only because of their talent. Cristiano Ronaldo and Messy, for example, maintain a rigorous weekly training plan to get to the game in the best possible condition.
Football teams train every day of the week in sessions of two or three hours. In training they are prepared physically, tactical and technical aspects of work, study and play their rivals ...
But training is not only to be on the football field or in a gym. Good nutrition is essential and massage sessions to recover.
In conclusion, training is the key to any player. Play at the level you want to play, even if you're a amateur you need to train every day to be fit, avoid injury and achieve positive results.

    I like this video because training has dibersas intensities.
