RUTINA DE ABDOMEN

    The first exercise is to do a plank and walk back and forth, the second exercise is to lie down and lift your butt and move your legs, the third exercise is to do plank of climbers, the fourth exercise is called the dead bug and the fifth exercise is for the lumbar area
    This is the video that I have taken because it is very useful for when you want to do abdominal exercises and anyone can do it.
