Hello , my name is Daniela and I have chosen this video of the Ironman of Hawái because I think is a really example of endurance test , also few people can do this tipe of strong activities. An Ironman consist in three tests in which you have to swim 3,80Km , ride a bike 180Km and finally you have tu run 42km. I think that to do this race you have to have a good physique and resistance and it seems to me that it is one of the hardest test in the world pschologically and physically. Fronedo is the person that has the world recor with 8:48:42 in an Ironman.
Hello my name is Paula and I have choosen this video for comment becouse I find quite interesting for see and for practise. This sport I think that is so important becouse help us in varius parts of our body. Besides it helps for activate the metabolism, causing greater energy consumption, works the heart, resistance and helps fight stress and anxiety.
In my opinion I think that is very tired beocuse if first yo have to swim and then go cycling, finally running is so tired and more if yo have to do a large distance.
Im choosing this video to coment it because i think that the ironman carreer its an full experience route for the people that participate on it. You have to swim, ride a bike and run for a lot of kilometes, so my conclusion about of this video its that its so hard and dificult to do it but finally when you finish it its going to be one of the best experiences ever, ofcourse if you like atlethic sports!!
