  1. Here we have this very good man who it’s teaching us his running technique and routine, by showing us how to do the steps he uses for the warming up and how to do them. I have seen runners do the first step he shows us before doing a race, and this exercise helps us to coordinate and active our body so it gets prepared for running, but an other thing that does it’s to improve our balance so we don’t fall because of stepping wrong. I’m not going to lie, but all of this steps in the routine look very funny and silly, but are very difficult, and I know that running it’s not my best thing, but I have tried to do them just for curiosity and and I couldn’t, I’m not fast enough for doing them and I don’t have that much of stamina.
    Well, what we have to learn from this video it’s that we have to stretch our muscles properly before doing any exercise, specially running, so we don’t injury ourselves.
