Well I chose this video because I think to play well to a sport you should know as juega.Por example in basketball should know shooting technique, as in handball is just so eh chosen this video
I also I liked the video Zumba heating Yohana, that to make a good exercise or sport is necessary to do a good warming.

the video is three minutes, which is explained as the direct shots on goal and passes are made chopped down without touching a cono.Y eh I recommend this video because I think to play well to a sport should know well, in this case the shooting technique.
