Soccer training and warm-up

Hi everyone! I have decided to attach this video because the warming-up and the exercises are really good and continuous.

  1. I have decided to attach this video because it explains really well how the warming-up should be done. For example, in my opinion, the fact of running before starting any kind of exercise is very important. In addition, one exercise is done immediately after the other and all of them vary from a lesser to a greater extent. The number of members also varies: some of the exercises are practised individually, others are done in pairs, etc. There is a wide range of activities such as squats, going running among the gaps of a ladder, or trying to trap a ball being in the middle of a circle.
