FREQUENT BASKETBALL INJURIES

I liked this video because at least in my case that I play basketball it seems very important to know the most frequent injuries to play this sport can lead from either an ankle or wrist sprain to a meniscus or wrist fracture or larger lesions such as rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament or the achilles tendon. Also in my opinion I would have liked that the video briefly explained how to reduce the risk of these injuries and thus reduce the risk for everything else I thought was a good video.

  3. I have chosen this video because I think injuries are something really important for me, because I play basketball and, if you are not prepared, you would suffer them. The best of this video is that he explains how you can prevent them, what to do in case you get injured playing and how to recover them easily and without getting them another time while you have it. I agree when it says that injuries in basketball are really often, more than we all thought. The most important in injuries, like it says in the video, is to rest it well.
