I decided to upload this video motion analysis to the blog of physical education because it explains very correct, orderly and brief analysis of motion, just as we have studied in physical education class, thus viedo this video learn well as analyzing each of the movements that can make everyone with each of our bodies, and also can teach you how to explain every move so that everyone who wants to learn to analyze the movements can also explain each of the movements appearing in the video that I uploaded. It is also true that not explain how all the moves we've learned this assessment in physical education are made, but all movements explaining the video explains very well how to do them and explains the correct name of each of them, and also the muscle that works in this movement. I hope you liked the video.
I liked this video because it shows us a part of the movement analysis that we have learnt, but not all the parts, but I think that it is a good video to learn a little of movement analysis. In some parts of the video, the boy talks quickly so it could be difficult to understand him, but mainly in the whole video, he talks very slowly so we can understand him, so that’s a good point to the video. I think it is a good video because the boy explains the movement, and then, he do it so if you didn’t understand the explication with the movement you will know how the movement is and how to do it well. Good work Adrian, I hope the video a lot.
