    The first thing you have to do to put your hands in relation to the head in the position of a triangle and then hold the knees on the elbows, later do when you have the perfect balance raise your legs for a few seconds and then do the somersault
    and challenge achieved.

    gymnastic skills like me because it comes from what is physical education (running intensity football or basketball)

    this is a different activity that can be very interesting for everyone and everyone can achieve what is proposed

  3. Hi lorena,
    I choose this video because it's a good explanation of a lot of different gymnastic skills simple gymnastic skills( like the somersault )and other more dificult , in the video apparead the two doing by Jorge Font and a girl. Sometimes, it look like if he has a less quality , comparing whit other videos , but it's no a problem similar to other videos on the internet.
    This video i think it isvery interesting, and the fact that it shows how to do a lot of gymnastic movements and things so impresionant .
    A perfect thing of the video is that appears two persons doing a lot of different activities and teaching you how you have to do , it's a good form to learnt teory and examples of the exercices. In my case this type of things are very difficult , but if you try and you practice , you have a lot of possibilities to do well
    In definitive , i like a lot the video , and i recommend it
