I chosee this video of the world best freestyle dunks becouse i think is so funny for all the people that knows play basketball , who are learning or who simply like See it. I also chose this video because I think it's a good way to learn steps , techniques , to perfect both as jumps , strategies and other... as well as people from all over the world know things that may interest you playtime. But if you try to do any of this kind of dunks and do not go , the only and most important thing to do is warm up properly , sena well as your wrists , your neck , your ankles , ie all parts of the body for several minutes and also practice a lot , starting with simpler steps and gradually increasing the difficulty patiently.
