  1. This video that I have choosen is about how to get the correct technique and how to run faster. At the start of the video they show us how to forward lean and footlanding, they explain some methods which are really helpful when it comes to footlanding. After that they focus on the upper body, in which they explain how to get the correct posture so you can breath easier and geta ll the oxygen to your lungs. They talk about the fartleck and how important is it to improve your endurance. At the end of the video they talk about the stride rate and how to measure it.
