INTENSE CARDIO (ENDURANCE)

I found it to be a very good video, when it comes to improving your resistance and the girl explains really good how to do all the exercises that represents in the video step by step and encourages you through the screen, so you can achieve your dream of being able to endure all that time exercising.
    For me, the physical capacity that this girl has, is incredible and I hope I can be as long as resistant as she does exercising one day. Because I can't stand half an hour doing Cardio and my flatus would start to hurt a lot and I couldn´t continue.

  2. I decided to comment this video about various intense cardio exercises. I like the videos that she does because she encourages us a lot. The video lasts 30 minutes so it´s aim is to practice endurance, doing exercise for a long time. It is very complete because it has many different exercises for all the parts of the body, it is focused mainly on the legs and the arms. The exercises are very good explained and it shows that everyone is able to practice them and have a lot of benefits for his body and resistance for any sport.
