Hello, I choose this video of fifteen minutes at home legs, butt and thigh workout, because I think that is important to have a part of our time of the day to do some exercise apart if you want to do outside or whatever you want, and this video includes not only one part of the body exercise also other parts of the body so I think it was very good and interesting. In this video the girl that is showing the exercises is doing a routine of lower exercises of legs, butt and thigh one minute each exercise, thirty seconds each leg in a time of seven minutes and relax thirty seconds and repeat this routine again.
Hello I'm Sara and I liked this video because it works three parts of your body in a short time and without equipment. I like that the girl tell you that if you want to add equipment to work more on the botty area you can do it. I also like that the girl put the time of each exercise because that way you know the time you have of resistance in the different exercises. I think is a good routine to do when you don't have many time but you want to work-out these parts of your body.
Hi! I am Carla and I liked this fitness video because I think that it is an excellent video to exercise our legs, butt, and thighs. Are exercises very easy and the trainer explains them very clear and, in the video, we can see how she does each exercise. In the video we can see how much time take the different exercise and the girl says to us the minutes left. One of the things I like of it, is that only lasts 15 minutes, so you can do the activities every and we don´t need any equipment so we can do at home without any problem. And the last reason is because I think that the trainer encourages you to finish all the exercises and explain to you how you to improve in it.
