In this video I have been able to see how important resistance is, it is something that I do not have. I never know how torun, and I never knew how to breathe well, that's why I saw this video. It is good to learn how to breathe, it seems silly but you can run better running if you get a good rhythm and take in as much air as possible so that your breathing is not so agitated, I could see it in the course navette test, or the warm up, it was more difficult because we had the mask on.

I have a bad breath for all my life, form now I am going, or try, to breath better, in the form that this guy explains to me. It is the first time I see a video of this type; it is too interesting how the form of breath can help you to do as good as you can a physical exercise. Is too easy to do like this and your body is going to thank you.
