    This guy are goint to give you five tips to help you to maximize a 12-minute run fot distance on the treadmill.
    What is 12-minute? Its 12 minutes runing as far as you can.

    Fist tip: pacing, its a longer duration so you have to keep your pace as steady as posible, don’t do a change of velocity.
    Second tip: try 1 MPH over base to start, “Check in” throughout the run.
    Thirth tip: focus on your breathing to keep clam.
    Four tip: be mindful that your heart rate is going to be very high.
    Five tip: trust yourself / your fitness.
