I have learnt how to do exercises to improve abs that are not very difficult, and I can do it in properly at home and don’t take me a long of time doing it so its very good and a good point. Also attract me the exercises that the girl was doing because it was thirty seconds doing each exercise in a time of 10 minutes the only thing that don’t like of the routine is that there is not thirty second of relax or something like that that help us to recover out strength but the rest its ok, I like it.

And the last reason I have chosen it, is because the trainer explains each exercise very clear and says to you how much time left to finish and how much time take all the different exercises. The only thing I don´t like in the video is that the trainer doesn´t explain to us how to strength after we do these exercises and this is one of the most important thing when you do some sport.
