This video seems interesting to me because it helps you lose fat in just 10 minutes, before starting you must perform several warm-ups, the first exercise is sumo jump squats, the second exercise is push-ups with a raised hand, the third exercise is planks with jumping, the fourth exercise is planks with knees, the fifth exercise is front and side jumps, the sixth exercise is planks with raised hand, and the seventh are jumps with the knees towards the chest. I find this video very interesting because it explains the steps to do each exercise.

  2. In this video you have information to lose kg in 10 sencilles mins. The exercisese 1 is a sumo jumps, the exercise 2 is a push-ups with a rised hand, the exercise 3 is a planks and a jumpings, the exercise number 4 is a planks with knees, the exercise number 5 is a front and a sencilles sides jumps, the exercise number 6 is planks whith a rised hand, and the last exercise is a jumps with the knees towards the chest. In my opinion thios video is perfect for persons needs.

At the end of the video it tells you that if you want to be in shape you continue to do these exercises for a period of time.
