In this video we can see the performance of several endurance workouts, the boy starts with a low level starting by some squats during 20 seconds, then the boy performs some push up's, crunches, lunges, mt climbers, planks and to end, the boy performs some exercises to relax a little bit like burpee's, because this session doesn´t stops. I have to say that this session isn`t for begginers because , if you want to perform this exercises you would have to had a very high level of resistance and of endurance, but if you want to add this,( or some exercises) to your sports rutine , i think it would be a good idea
