He talks very delalied the exercises that you have to do to increase your speed and jump, and are very important to the strengh activity. The exercise that he explain are: the correct position and jump to get higher(consist in do squats and expand your arms to the front) , the second exercise is to increse the speed of the jump(spring) and to stretch your leg(you have to put your leg behind your body and stretch)
