  1. I have chosen this video because I find it interesting as it teaches you different ways to breathe when you are running, the most important thing is to be focused, the first way would be 3-3 that is at a comfortable pace, the second way would be 2-2 is say at a slightly higher rate, and the third way would be 1-1 that is to say at a fast pace or series of between 30 seconds and up to 2 minutes, there are also other types of breathing that would be 3-2 and 2-1, This is done because the inhale phase is more interesting to lengthen and the exhale phase is more interesting to shorten. In the video she also explains how to apply the different forms of breathing, which is very interesting.

  2. Hello my name is Alba and im going to write a comment about the video that my classmate Rodrigo has upload.
the video is about how to breath properly when you are running
At the beginning of the video we can see a boy teaches us about the kinds of respiration and the concentration in the inhalation and exaltation to avoid flato.
he said that we have to set a rate, for example 3-3 three steps inspiration, then we can pass 2-2 two steps inspiration, two steps expiration and when we use a more intensive rate we use 1-1. he also explain other types of rates like 3-2. After that he continues explaining things about our body and how to avoid flato better.
Im goin to use this advice to my physical education class.

  3. Hi, Im Sara and im goinng to comment on Rodrigo´s post

This is an explicatory video for people who use to have flato or other problems while running.

One of the first advice given is that you should focus on what you do on the moment, in this case, running; along with that when we inhale and exhale.

Sergio (the video creator), says that when youre having a calm pace while running you should keep in mind the 3 steps tecnique: three steps, inhale; three steps, exhale; and with that, he proceeds to run in his tiptoes.
Then he tells us that when we need to we have to change from 3 to 2 steps or 1 (this last one mainly used on sprints)

Later he explains about other changes of the 3 steps, like using three steps and inhale and exhale, to later do other three steps.

After it for the rest of the video he explains what happens when we run on a scientific way
