  1. I chose this video about some flexibility and stretching tips. I found it really interesting as well as useful. I learned many things I didn´t knew. It is better to stretch a little bit every day, you have to be constant. You have to stretch for at least 30 seconds, do not move into too quickly. It is important to remember to breathe. She also explains which equipment we could use to practice it. The girl explains it really good and clear. She said that being flexible is useful for our daily life and it is a skill that could be improved.
