    this is is a video, by Chloe Ting who is a girl that helps you to keep fit, the video consist in aproximately 10 minutes of intense exercises like leg raise clap or reverse crunch, she said that it was a challenge because in two weeks you can get your perfect abdominals. This video seems like the exercises we do at physical education class in the part of strength. According as you are seen the video the girl do the exercises with you I think to help you to do well also in the video you can see the name of the exercise write at te top of the screen and the name of the next exercise you have to do.

  2. I have seen the video, it is about a series of exercises, it explains step by step and also at the top right there is a timer in which it indicates how much time to do that activity. Also, when it's only a few minutes before the exercise runs out on the bottom left, it puts a video of the next activity you've got to do. In addition, at first or at the end it teaches you what the result should be after having done two full weeks performing those exercises.
