I have chosen this video because I see that these two people understand a lot about fitness, in this video there are different fitness exercises that can be done in just five minutes. In the different exercises you have to do twenty seconds at maximum energy and when you finish you have ten seconds and so on during all the exercises. And I have also chosen this video because it explains that you don’t need lot of time to do exercise.

  2. Hello, my name is Javier and I have selected this video of my partner because I believe that it is necessary to exercise all the parts of your body. Nacho has chosen this video because he sees that in this video there are different fitness exercises that can be done in just five minutes.
    These exercises consist of doing 20 seconds without stopping and 10 seconds of rest, they alternate different exercises so as not to repeat and thus exercise all parts of the body.
    I like this video because it teaches people that it doesn't take a long time to get fit and be satisfied.

Hi, I'm Lucía and I have chosen to comment on this video of my partner Nacho because I find this exercise routine interesting, firstly because you don't need any material and you can do it anywhere and second because it doesn't take a long time to do these exercises, with five minutes a day enough to do them. It consists of a series of exercises, each exercise is done in twenty seconds and at the end we rest for ten seconds and in this way until we do them all. This routine is fine because you exercise your whole body and the 10 seconds between one exercise and another are useful for example to drink water.

Mi opinion of this video is very positive because in this tipes of exercises yo can try to have a good body and our physical condition are very elevated, And it is advisable to do this type of exercise now in this time of coronavirus because if we keep doing nothing we can start to accumulate a lot of fat in our body.
    And also to finish the fitness routine you have to stretch your muscles and tendons to avoid injuries

  5. HELLO,mi name is IKER Rodríguez and i going to give my opinion of this video.
    My opinion of this video is this: Nacho has made a good choice by take this video because the video has a lot of exercises to do in house and the teacher of the video explains very well all the exercises.I think that in youtube all de videos contains videogames( Fortnite, Fifa, Fall guys, Call of duty...) but now i think that if you like the sports like in this video you can find videos like this and do. BYE BYE
