    These exercises improve the flexibility, and they are very important to avoid injuries and pain when you are doing physical activities.
    However these exercises are made to stretch the hips, there are also exercises to stretch the rest of the muscles of the body.
    It surprises me that exercises so simple like these causes so many benefices and that they are so important.
    Although this exercise can seem boring, I think it is good to make them.

  2. I have chosen to comment this video because it explains very well how to improve flexibility in your hips. It explains in what position you have to stay to stretch correctly and well and also says how long you have to maintain that position. It explains how to improve flexibility in your hips but also how to improve flexibility in ither parts of your body. I think improving flexibility is very important for every sport but also for daily life and for being healthy.
    I think that improving your flexibility has many advantages for preventing some diseases and muscular injuries.
