Exercising helps the heart strenght , the heart becomes more efficent, it pumpes more blood with less beats. The video talks about 2 types of exercises. The first type is called: aerobic exercise, wich rises heartbeats. For example : walking, running… The second type is called `resistance exercises`, wich helps grow the muscles.
