    I have choosen this video because I think it's important to work-out your arms, but there are times you don't have equipment to do it at home, or you don't want to do a work-out with whigh, or simply you haven't time to work-out, so this routine is perfect because is only 15 minutes and you don't have to have any equipment. This routine is also good for your abs and your back. n this video the girl that is showing the exercises is doing a routine of arms. Each excercise is 30 seconds, there are some cardio excercises. The only thing i dont like about this video is that there is no warm up and cool down.

  2. Hello, my name is Daira and I have choosen this video of my partner because I see that it is a good exercise to our arms without taking exercise weights or some heavy things.
    Each exercise takes about 30 seconds, and after each exercise she stops to breath and take some water.
    I think that this routine is very good for our body and because it only takes 15 minutes.
    This exercices are also good because we can do in our house even if we don't have the things that usually need that exercices.
    Also I like this exercices because according what the girl says I think that it motivated us to do better.

  3. Hello, my name is Paula and I have selected this video of my partner because I think is necessary exercise all parts of your body. But especially the arms because you are inn continuing movement. This routine that last over 15 minutes, gives you exercises without equipment. Every exercise during about 30 seconds. You can realize all this training anywhere. As they are small routines you can perform them every day. I like so much because you can strengthen your shoulders. But the only bad thing is that there is no warm-up or stretching. The routine is also good for your back and to your shoulders and she encourages you all the time.
