I have chosen this video because it seemed very informative and explanatory, they showed you the steps how to do them so that you do not get lost since it is usually difficult to perform them correctly. Step one, which was the warm-up, seemed good to me because before starting it is good to avoid injuries, so that the muscles develop their maximum potential, this helps the body to carry out intense physical exercise. Another step was to stretch the back in addition to achieving greater elasticity, we corrected the back, reduce the stiffness of the joints, avoid contractures or pulls, muscle tension. This video has helped me a lot, maybe I will even practice it.
