Flexibility Stretches

  1. Hello, I'm Sofía.
    I choose this video of flexibility stretches because I like the way the girl explain and it reminded me of the exercises we do in class.
    The girl do the simple side stretch to start and she stretches arms and abdomen. She do exercise to the legs, like far down the back of our legs, try to touch the foot with both sides, the upward facing dog pose to stretchs the abdomen and the arms, she also try to touch the feet with the head in the same pose, she lay on the floor and up the abdomen to relax the back, she put like a dog up and down the abdomen relaxing... She do more exercise but I see this the most important to stretch flexibility. Something that I like of this video can be that the exercises are divided in seconds so you can do it better I think. I think is very important for our joints the flexibility.

Hi, I'm Natalia and I've chosen this video for what Sofia says, I think it's very good, as she explains, she does simple and simple exercises that I think anyone can do and thus improve her elasticity. Exercises that have caught my attention is to try to do it. back as far as possible and then as far forward as possible, bring the sole of the foot together on the other's thigh and stretch the other as far as possible and move your body forward, then you stretch your whole body on the floor and try to carry your back towards antras stretching your arms once you get that you bend your knees and have to touch your head with your feet

    I'm Rubén and I've chose this video because I like how this girl explain the different exercise that she do.
    The exercise that is very interested and make me and attention is to have to touch the ground and to about 5 seconds.
    The other exercise that I like is when he put in the position seeing to the sky and is very interested to strech the pectoral.

    I like this type of videos because when I doing nothink I like to doing these type of exercise.

  4. Hello, this is the video of my colleagues that I have chosen to make my comment. I find a video that has very difficult flexibility exercises, more than the exercises that I had looked for. I think that in order to do some of the exercises, like going down the back wall, I think you have to be very prepared to do it. But there are many other exercises that seem simpler to me and that I could do myself. I think the girl has a lot of flexibility, and that the exercises are very well explained, and there are no doubts.
