In this video the girls explains how to stretch the legs in only 3 minutes of exercises, she started to stretch the legs in a position that you have to fell how the muscle stretch, in that position you have to put the body a little forward and relax the shoulders, and with the chest open, like she said. Then the next exercise is going backwards stretching the hamstrings, flexing the foot, and putting the chest all the maximum down you can. Then she repeats the exercises with the other legs to stretch both. So in this video we learn some exercises to stretch the all the muscles of the legs in only 3 minutes.

    I decided to comment this video that you have posted on the blog because I think it explains perfectly how to stretch the legs. I like the video because it is really dynamic and short, also because the girl does and shows all the stretchings in a way that everyone can do them, which is very cool.
    First the girl does different types of lunges, each different position stretch a different muscle, later she lie down to stretch the thight and butt muscles, finally the girl finished the video stretching the hamstrings.
    Also thanks to this video I have learn that is really important to breath correctly during the stretchings.
