20 minutes of a full body workout

Hello, I am Gadea and I have chose this video because I think is very useful to have a video in which in only 20 minutes you have a complete routine for your whole body, I know a video of 20 minutes it's not a short video but if in 20 minutes you can exercise all your body it is great and worth it. Also, the girl that is showing the exercises divides each exercise in two parts, in the right side she shows the original exercise and in the left side she shows the same exercise but no jumping, that means that is with a low impact, which means that you are not going to get as tired doing the exercise as doing the exercise on the right side, and that is important because each person knows their body and knows how long they can resist, but anyways, there are some seconds for rest.
