15 minutes tabata routine

I choose this rutine because is very healthy to your body, is so hard.The exercises that you have to do are sits, movements with your legs to the elbows, jump and down, and this 3 exercises during 15 minutes. If you do not have a good physical preparation try to do these exercises for about 5 minutes and when you catch more physical condition try to do more. It is also very important that after doing these types of exercises you have to stretch the thighs, buttocks, adductors and biceps. If you are able to do this routine the first time, your physical condition is very good.
