Hello my name is Mario, I have chosen this video, because I find it interesting, running seems like a super entertaining and fun thing to run, running fast, like running slowly, in this video they explain how from your level of running how you can reach a higher one. I also like it because it explains five exercises, one of them is jumps, in which you strengthen your legs and help you run faster. Another of the exercises that I have found most interesting is the one in which you grab a rubber band to the foot and coordinate the arms with the foot that is moving, and with the other foot the same.
