    I am Rubén and I chosse this video of diferent exercise of flexibility because when I see I am considered than is very interested and I like.
    The boy start doing whith the head and strengh, In both parts 30 seconds and practise when he do the exercise breathing.
    Then he practise de the pectoral breathing and at the same time breathing. He do this type of exercise more old less at same time (30 seconds) practise foot, body, head... All parts of the body.
    Is very interest you can foolow it.
