  1. Hi, I'm Natalia and I've come to put you on this flexibility video to increase flexibility and movements. We started with some stretches to gain flexibility, he does different stretches and I find it very interesting how by stretching the muscles you gain flexibility, the most interesting I have found are 1º bend the knee and the other you stretch it in you try to go down and the same thing again a few times you stretch your legs and turn your body to one side and to the other several times you will stretch one leg the other you shrink it and glue the sole of the foot to the other leg and put your body forward trying to reach the foot like this with both legs several times

This stretching routine is good to do after a workout or to gain flexibility, in the first stretch you have to flex one leg and the other leg it stretch, and in the second you have to do the same thing but stretch your arms, in the third you have to flex the two legs and take with your hands the ankles, in the fifth exercise you have to put your legs in the shape of a butterfly and put the opposite hand on the knee, in the sixth you have to do the same thing but with your legs stretched, then she do many more types of stretches.

Hello I'm Hugo Paredes and I choose to comment this video because I think that this routines Will be better to you and you Will have more flexibility to don´t have problems with your muscles also if you have some problem in one muscle. They are so Good exercises to practise I think I am going to do also because they are so goods and also when we have stayed in house a lot of days in Covid time this routines of exercises are so Good because you are going to stay better and you Will win flexibility. I think all the people have to do this.
