I have chosen this video on how to improve in MTB (Mountain bike) because with this you can improve a lot and the video is very good because the one who explains it to you knows what he is doing and you can see that he goes down somewhat dangerous places, dunes, slopes with snow, muddy, trails ...
    I liked the video and when I have a little free time I will see it again and apply it when I go to do a bike route. It also teaches the basic principles of riding a bike, such as how to have better balance, how to have more leanness in the legs and what to do to not get so tired.

  2. hello my name is Diego de la Fuente and I choose this video becouse I liked the Mtb and I want to learn more fore this sport this video is very good becouse the man who is explaining knouns about the topic, this video explain well how to be a veteran, know better about how to move in a descent or how to carry a situation of balance or something else
    And also teaches how to have more resistance riding the bicycle and also to lose weight
    If you see this video I highly recommend it for the reasons I describe above

Hello my name Rafael, i choose this video because i like a lot the mtb, and to know more about this sport is better to watch videos about the bike, the video is very interesting because the boy explain very well the video. The video explain how can you use the bike and teach us some technique, explain also how can you go down in a descent and to stay at the bike without without touching the floor, also to resist in the bike. I like so much the video
    I recomend this video because with this video you can learn more about the mtb.
