I choose these video because i think that it's really interesting. First of all it has the timer at the top, so you can do the exercise in the exact time without another program. Then, it shows you the man doing the exercise so you can imitate him. I think that doing 7 minutes exercise insted of, for example, running 1 hour, is easier. I mean, I think it is. You can use these before or after doing P.E too. You can also understand the video if you don't speak english because of the images. I hope it's usefull for you.

I find it curious that I take breaks as you do sports, normally in similar videos they don't let you take any breaks until the video ends
