This video that I have chosen has seemed interesting to me since you are doing the exercises at the same time that you are watching her as they are done, it is marking the time of the duration of each exercise, it can also be a method to relax while stretching all the muscles of the body, it is very important to stretch when you want to play sports and thus not hurt yourself or cause injuries, the video has many stretches that if you do not like one or you can not do it, you have more to choose from since they are all explained step by step and you can see how he does it

  2. I have choosen this video because I think it´s the best video to show how to strech properly each part of the body. First she shows on the screen a breaf revieuw of what the exercise is going to be about and the name of it, I find this very helpful because it helps to know more or less what you are going to do next before doing it. After that she starts to do the streching exercises, and I really like the fact that she does a lot of different streches on different parts of the body because it´s important to strech
    each muscle in the right way so you can prevent injuries and also have better flexibility which is really helpful in lots of sports.

I choose this video because I see that it shows all the joints stretching, in each one, it is specified the time you have to work on it and also, in some exercises, there are slow movements for better results. There are some parts where you must rest, in that time, the girl is showing how to do the next activity. And I think is essential to do the stretching in both side of the body, the to arms, to wrists… Other thing I like is the short presentation of the different movements in the same part or joint, so you can choose what to do.
