She relaxes her whole body every time she stretches, removes tensions. In the first exercise it is very important that you have the ankle under your knee, there is a wooden board that helps to be able to do the exercise even if you don’t reach the ground, in all the exercises you have to drop the body. In the fourth exercise the important thing is that you have to have your toes up. At the end of the stretches you have to inhale and exhale.

  3. I chose to comment this video. It is very complete because there is an exercise for each part of your body. I think it is a routine you could do each time you want to stretch because it is 15 minutes long. She explains every movement really good and clear. It is easy to understand and practice. She explains when you have to do the exercises. It is important to stretch after you practice sport. She also tells us which benefits it has and how to avoid injuries if you do a bad position. If you are constant, in few months you could achieve results.

  4. I like this video because she teaches you to stretch all the body with different exercises.
    Something important that she said is that every time that you finish doing exercises, if it’s a sport like running or basket, you have to stretch the muscles.
    She explains all the stretching’s very good, and she tells you all the parts of the body that you must relax for stretch good that parts of your body. Always she said the things you can do if that position makes so difficult for you.
    I really like the video and the explication of the girl with all the positions.
