Hi, I'm Jaime, and I have choose this fleixiblity video, because I found it very interesting, is in english, so is better, because the subject of physical education is in english, so it benefit to all, in other case is very interesting cause the video is for biginers, just because explain very well with lots of ditails, so is very prodcurtive, the flexibility in our body is very important, because when you get older you are most likely to have several problems relacionated with your body, for example the bag part, much granparents have that problem, so they have to go with something to help them.

  2. I decide to comment this video because i like the routine that this guy teaches us to practice, because it's very simple if we're guys who want to start a new routine.
    You can see that it is a rutine for beginners because I have seen many videos in which monitors teaches you classes and rhythms that if you doesn´t have experience in this exercises you will not be able to perform from the first day of your routine,
    This is because you have to start without forcing the body and with little steps.
    And I think because of all this I've said it's an ideal video for begginers.
