Fitness. Harden abdomen.

  1. I have chosen this fitnnes video beacuse is a simple routine the twelve minutes in which you can endurance litlle by litlle your abdomen in the day to day. Principally I have chosen because you can do it in your house or anywhere due to do not need equipment. In this video we can see different exercises over the course of twelve minutes. For each round there are a number of exercises, in first one eleven, in the second and in the third four, also leaving two or four second between the exercises, and fifteen seconds between the three rounds. But in every round, they are different exercise respect the others. The exercise last for thirty seconds each one.

In my opinion this video is a common routine that you can do in your home with no equipment, and thats great for the people who begin in the world of sports, by the way, I loved that the exercicies change because if you do the same exercices all the time it was boring and the girl cheers you up and that is a good form to complete all the exercices.
    I think that is the perfect time for the exercices because she gives time to have a break and the video it doesen`t to long, thirty seconds is the prefect time!

    I have chosen to comment on this video because it seems to me an ideal video for people who do not have resources or products to do sports. I think it's super good that the girl animates you and that there is a certain time for the exercises. In my opinion this video is very good since you can do it at home and it is very well explained, also the girl is taking breaks and the video is not done at all, since the girl measures the times very well in each exercise I think perfect this video to do it at home combined with some other from another part of the body.
