  1. This is a video that really heps you to burn calories if you would like to thin or something like that. There are simpe exercices that you can do at home, i think thats hepls people who cann`t go to de gym or couldn`t pay clases, the important thing that the girl repeat is that the exercices dont`t have to hurt. You must do this exercices 2 or 3 days per week and after you do it you have to strengh a little. She do a esasy dance whith a good song .I loved that the video is short, 10 minutes its a good time, and for each exercices are 30 seconds.

  2. Hi, I’m Gadea and I am going to talk about this video. I liked this video because I think doing cardio is a great way to burn calories and do sports if you like it. I think this video is very complete because the video shows in a small square the next exercise you are going to do and that’s important because as there are no breaks between each exercise you could stop and that’s not the point because the girl doesn’t want you to stop. Also, she shows the time left and I think that motivates the people while doing the exercise.
