I found it a wonderful video, because Yoga represents an activity, in which you have to perform a long series of exercises, which serve to stretch in a calm way and contribute to the development of the flexibility of our body. Each exercise, stretches a different part of our body, and the exercises seem harmless and easy, but the reality is that it can hurt you a lot, if you don't have a great flexibility or they can go wrong if you don´t have a good balance. In my case, I consider myself a fairly flexible person, because I can do all these exercises without any problem, but obviously I am not going to be the same as perfect as the girl in the video, because she has been practicing Yoga for a very long time.
I think this is a great video to practice yoga. I think the exercises are good and there is a lot of variety on those exercises. I say this because I think this video shows exercises for almost all main parts of the body. On the other hand, I found the video was long. If you are a busy person, you cannot do this work out every day, although would be a very beneficial activity for your body, and I think some exercises seem too difficult for a person who normally do not practise yoga, or do not have good flexibility.
