Elbow stand in 5 minutes

  1. I choose this video for flexibility because I think is one activity for learning more about us, for example, to do the elbow stand we have to know the center of our body to maintain in balance. I also like the explanation because before doing the exercise, she stretches all the joints, but instead of only moving them, she make a few previous positions. She give tips, things to do it better, all the steps to reach the exercise and different intensities depending on what point of flexibility you are, I think this is good because not all persons have the same capacities.

I quite liked the video, it showed different exercises that can be performed to maintain good health, I think flexibility is very important because it is a basic ability that all people have to have, although I do not know much but some stretching to be able to perform. This girl shows that she has been practicing this a lot because she is very good at it but not without going through the effort and time invested to be able to show us how these exercises are performed, I think that you have to try hard and make yourself aware that if you want to achieve the results of the girl you have to be constant for example if you start practicing them for a week and every day you don't feel like it and you leave it at the end you don't get it.
