Flexibility

  1. This video is about streching and movility and I have choosen it because the girl explains it really well. First she shows how to do it and then she gives you time so you can streach it properly. Some exercises that she does are the upper facing dog, childs pose, lunges... I like it because the streches are linked toguether and you don´t stop. I think streching is really important so you can prevent serious injuries and also is better for most of the sports. In this video she shows a lot of streching exercises and with each one she explains it how to do it properly.

I find this video of Maria very interesting, you can see all the different postures that exist to remove the body, the video explains step by step how you can do them at home when you have to exercise or because you want, there are some postures that I never I had seen and I find it very impressive the way they are done, to play sports it is always important to stretch your muscles and thus not hurt yourself
    while you watch the video you can do it yourself, watching it step by step and then playing it yourself and knowing how to do it right

    This video helps us to stretch the flexibility of all our body.The girl do lots of movimients and stretch all the muscles.Firs stretch the arms lifting them. She do the upward-facing dog stretching the abdomen and repeat it twice. She do yoga poses.She do lots of exercise to increase the flexibility of a lot of our muscles. I think is very important to stretch flexibility because it helps the muscles to relax and return to their initial state.I think is also good to prevent injures, not hurt ourselves and accelarate join mobility.
