Hello, I have chosen this video to improve our flexibility in the legs and hips. I have seen several videos, but I prefer to do it from a specific part of the body. Like legs and hips, which we use for practically all sports. It seems to me that it has some very practical exercises. You don't need any material, only yourself. Many of the exercises I have practiced, in quite a few sports. And as we have studied, flexibility is very important for any type of sport. One of the exercises he shows and I think I should practice myself is, for example, in which he stands up straight, and tries to touch his feet with his fingers. It is an exercise, which for a person like me who is not flexible at all is very difficult. Another of the exercises that I really like is in which the girl sits down and bends one leg inward, and has to touch one of her legs with her hand. I think this video is very good, and it is a video that does not last long, just 6 minutes, and that you can practice it every day, because it does not take you long. In conclusion I am going to try to practice my flexibility more with a video of this type. My assessment is very positive.
It seems very important to improve flexibility, and thanks to this work by my partner Alba on improving flexibility I can learn from it and apply it to my routine. Especially, the flexibility in the legs and in the hips are very important since, in the day to day, when walking or running you must have good flexibility in the legs and hips because if you cannot hurt yourself if you make any movements more forced. Thanks to my colleague's comment, I have learned things about flexibility that I did not know before and it has reminded me of class theory.
I have decided to comment this video because it similar to mine and I think this type of videos are really interesting to everyone that, as I do, have very bad flexibility. She explains easy movements to improve our flexibility in the down part of our body. They are easier than the ones of the video I have chosen and they are explained more deeply and in spanish so we can understand them better. In my video, I said that it was an exercise that I cannot do but in this video I think I could do everyone, better or worse.
It seemed to me that it is a video in which he explains very well how to improve our flexibility step by step. I have never been very flexible but I think that can be easily fixed with this video and with good intention. It is also true that we are physically conditioned. I saw that there were exercises similar to the ones we did in class.
