Hello, my name is Marta, I have chosen this video because I like cardio, I liked this video, because they put time in a corner and in other videos of other people they make a noise to change exercise, I like how it goes combining leg exercises, gluteal exercises, abdominal exercises. It also gives you some tips that you should follow to do the exercise well. After giving you the advice, she gives you 5 seconds to know how to handle the exercise well and then 40 seconds to do it.
