He talk that, when you are runing or doing different exercises of endurance you have to maintain the position and breathe correct. She talk that is more better when you are runing talk with the other person for maintain the rhythm for 1 hour minimum because is more better for to get use to our body. And if you are bored you have to run in the position that you go more good but maintaning the rhythm.
I like this video, because it explain to you a better style of running or the best form of stay on a good speed for been more or less 1 hour at that speed, and if you like doing sports or you practice I think you don’t need much, but for persons that not do sports and they don’t know how to do it, is a very good opinion and class to make sure you start doing the running well.
