It is a good video to burn fats as it is about 12 minutes of activity followed and intensive. Although I think personally I can't stand so long in a row doing so much physical activity, I'd have to stop or go at a slower pace. Also, I like that the guy tells you the one you need to drink water during exercise and what I liked the most is that you don't need weights of any kind. I recommend this video if you want to lose some fat.
Hi, I am 14 years old my name is Nacho Fernández and I'm going to comment a bit about the video of Yeray González's. I liked this video because this person who is doing the exercise looks professional in what he does, I also like it a lot because this person places a lot of importance on warming up before exercise as well as give important to stretching after doing all exercises. I think that this person goes more faster in the final video doing the movements, then there are different exercises for example the star, burpees etc… And this is my opinion of this video.
Hi! I chose this video because it explain how we can improve our fitnes easies. I put here because know with Covid 19, at least me, I stay more at home, and its imoprtant to do exercises. I recomend this video because in a half of hour you can do a lot of exercises at home without any objects. All these exercises you can do in your room for example and they are so easies.Remember do exercises is the best activity to your body. This is all about my video, I hope you liked.
