This video will teach you 10 different speed exercises. 1. Jump Squads: consists of doing jumps and squats when we go down to the ground. 2. Jump Lungers: jump moving your legs from front to back creating a 90 degree angle. 3. Lateral Bounds: you must jump from leg to leg from side to side and lower your body down when you touch the ground. 4. Skips: you have to do small jumps and lift your leg until it forms a 90 degree angle with your body. 5. Reverse Lunge Knee Drive: you have to lift one leg from behind and jump with the other. 6. Tuck jumps: jump up by lifting your feet but not your body. 7. High Kness: run without moving and raise your knees as high as you can. 8. Hell flicks: run without moving from place and touch the heel with your butt. 9. Kneeling Jumps: you must get on your knees and then stand up with a jump but you must not get up, but you have to do as if it were a squat, legs form 90 degrees. 10. Claf Jumps: you jump up without bending your legs too much and stretching them when you are in the air.
